 
In a first step, you will have to ascertain the formal conditions for admission. For this purpose, you will have to submit a written application in two copies for admission to doctoral studies to the Doctoral Administration Office. This application has to be accompanied by the following documents: - Public certified copies of evidence of holding a degree (degree certificate, degree diploma, Bachelor and Master degree)
- Public certified copies of final school examinations report
- Official evidence of possible admission to doctoral studies at your home university
- Curriculum vitæ providing evidence of previous education and degree courses to date
- Two passport-size photographs of the candidate
- A list of academic studies grouped according to subject matter
- A declaration as to whether and with what results you have applied for admission to doctoral studies or for a doctorate at another university
- An official definition of the grading scale used for the award of your degree (cf. para. 1 above)
- TOEFL/IELTS score in excess of 600/7.0 if English is not the native language of the applicant or if he/she hasn’t studied in an English speaking country
- Two letters of recommendation from employers, professors, or other significant persons
- An outline description of the topic you would like to work on at DBA or PhD level. The doctoral dissertation must focus on a topic of Management (about 2 pages).
- Payment of the admission fee of € 200.-
When the formal conditions are met, the Doctoral Administration Office will send a written confirmation.

 
After receiving our confirmation, you need to develop the project of your doctoral dissertation by justifying its importance for science and practice, a schedule and methodology of research etc. The doctoral dissertation must focus relatively narrowly on a topic of Management. The paper shall have a length of about six pages. If the assessments are positive, than Educatis University and you will establish contact with a possible referee. You need to submit a personal recommendation from a professor of Educatis University who will assist you in the composition of the doctoral thesis.
Among other things, this recommendation will have to include an evaluation of the blueprint for the thesis. This outline will have to be submitted to the future referee in writing. The referee will then fix the date for an interview. It is incumbent on applicants to secure such a recommendation. If the interview was successful, you will receive the referee's recommendation, which needs to be submitted to the Doctoral Administration Office.
When the University has received all relevant documents and all formal criteria are met, the Doctoral Studies Admissions Committee will make if necessary a final decision based on the candidate’s prior academic performance, Preliminary Research Proposal and overall achievements and goals. The Doctoral Administration Office will send a written approval to the doctoral program.
Educatis University reserves the right to withdraw an offer of admission if candidates fail to satisfy all requirements or if it is determined that admission was obtained through the use of falsified, altered or embellished information.
The supervision of the doctoral thesis of the candidates is done by professors of Educatis University, by professors of the partner institution of the global Educatis network or by professors appointed by the Doctoral Studies Admissions Committee at other excellent universities.
